1947 में भारत के साथ आने का फैसला गलत था, 370 हटाना असंवैधानिक- महबूबा मुफ्ती
नई दिल्ली। जम्मू-कश्मीर की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और पीडीपी अध्यक्ष महबूबा मुफ्ती ने संसद में गृहमंत्री अमित शाह के बोलने के कुछ ही मिनट बाद दो ट्वीट किए. दोनों ट्वीट उन्होंने एक ही समय 11.39 बजे किए. पहले ट्वीट पर मुफ्ती ने कहा कि यह भारतीय लोकतंत्र का सबसे काला दिन है. जम्मू-कश्मीर के नेतृत्व ने 1947 में भारत के साथ जाने का जो फैसला लिया था, वो गलत साबित हो गया. भारत सरकार द्वारा अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाने का फैसला अवैध और असंवैधानिक है.

दूसरे ट्वीट में महबूबा मुफ्ती ने लिखा कि भारत सरकार के इस फैसले से पूरे उपमहाद्वीप पर बुरे नतीजे सामने आएंगे. भारत सरकार की नीयति स्पष्ट हो गई है. भारत सरकार जम्मू-कश्मीर और उसके लोगों को डराना चाहती थी. सरकार कश्मीर को लेकर किए गए अपने वादे से मुकर गई है. तीसरे ट्वीट में महबूबा ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र के मंदिर को धोखा दिया गया है. जो लोग जम्मू-कश्मीर के मसले का उपाय संयुक्त राष्ट्र के जरिए निकालना चाह रहे थे उनके साथ छल हुआ है. कश्मीरियों को एलियन बना दिया गया है.

It will have catastrophic consequences for the subcontinent. GOIs intentions are clear. They want the territory of J&K by terrorising it’s people. India has failed Kashmir in keeping its promises.

People like us who placed faith in Parliament, the temple of democracy have been deceived. Those elements in J&K who rejected the
constitution & sought resolution under the UN have been vindicated. This will exacerbate the alienation Kashmiris feel.
मैं अब भी नजरबंद हूं. मुझे किसी से मिलने नहीं दिया जा रहा है. मुझे नहीं पता कि मैं और कितनी देर तक किसी और से बात कर पाऊंगी. भारत सरकार के इरादे नेक नहीं हैं. ये इकलौते मुस्लिम बाहुल्य राज्य की रूपरेखा बदलना चाहते हैं. ये चाहते हैं कि मुस्लिम अपने ही राज्य में सेकंड क्लास के नागरिक बनकर रह जाएं.

GOIs intention is clear & sinister. They want to change demography of the only muslim majority state in India , disempower Muslims to the extent where they become second class citizens in their own state.

The way some sections of media & civil society are celebrating these developments with glee is disgusting & disconcerting.
गौरतलब है कि रविवार देर रात से ही कश्मीर में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई थी. पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती और उमर अब्दुल्ला को श्रीनगर में नजरबंद किया गया है. पीपल्स कॉन्फ्रेंस के नेता सज्जाद लोन को लेकर भी यही जानकारी है. उधर कांग्रेस नेता उस्मान माजिद और सीपीएम नेता एमवाई तारिगामी ने भी दावा किया कि उन्हें देर रात गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है.
जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों उमर अब्दुल्ला और महबूबा मुफ्ती को घर से बाहर निकलने की अनुमति नहीं है. दोनों नेताओं ने देर रात ट्वीट करके बताया कि उन्हें नजरबंद कर दिया गया है. महबूबा मुफ्ती ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि कैसी विडंबना है कि हमारे जैसे शांति के लिए लड़ने वाले जनप्रतिनिधियों को हाउस अरेस्ट कर लिया गया है. दुनिया देख रही है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में कैसे लोगों की आवाज को दबाया जा रहा है.

गौरतलब है कि कश्मीर में जारी हलचल रविवार को और बढ़ गई. अधिकारियों ने आतंकवादी खतरे और पाकिस्तान के साथ नियंत्रण रेखा पर शत्रुता बढ़ने के बीच अहम प्रतिष्ठानों और संवेदनशील इलाकों में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी. जम्मू-कश्मीर प्रशासन द्वारा शुक्रवार को अमरनाथ यात्रा बीच में ही समाप्त करने और तीर्थयात्रियों एवं पर्यटकों से यथाशीघ्र घाटी छोड़ने के लिए कहे जाने के बाद परेशान स्थानीय लोग घरों में जरूरी सामानों का स्टॉक करने के लिए दुकानों और ईंधन स्टेशनों पर बड़ी-बड़ी कतारों में खड़े नजर आए.
